Delicious and nutritious cookies - cakes for those who want to lead a healthy lifestyle, but do not want to deny themselves small pleasures!
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. lightly salted cashews;
- - 1.5 cups pitted dates
- - 1 tbsp. dried cherries;
- - 1 tbsp. raisins;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. dried cranberries;
- - 1 cup toasted almonds;
- - 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds;
- - 1 tbsp. puffed rice;
- - 1 tbsp. dark chocolate shavings (chocolate from 72% cocoa, broken into pieces).
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a large form: line it with foil or cling film in several layers and lightly grease with olive (or any other) vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a food processor, grind the cashews into coarse crumbs. Pour it into a container.
Step 3
Lightly grease the processor blades with vegetable oil and send dried fruits into it. Grind from until a sweet, sticky and almost homogeneous mass is obtained. Put it on top of the cashews.
Step 4
Add whole almond kernels, puffed rice and sunflower seeds to chopped nuts and dried fruits. Mix thoroughly with hands slightly dampened in cold water so that all ingredients are evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to a prepared container and put it in the freezer for half an hour. Then remove and cut into portions. I have 28 pieces.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate chips (or just the dark chocolate, broken into pieces) in a water bath or microwave and decorate the cookies.
