Preparation:

1. Mix eggs with sugar, beat.

2. Add semolina, sour cream and quenched soda.

3. Mix everything and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes.

4. Next you need to add flour, butter and jam, mix.

5. You can also add some fresh apples, raisins or chopped prunes to the finished pie dough.

6. Grease a baking dish with butter or sunflower oil.

7. Preheat the oven to about 170 degrees.

8. Bake the pie in the oven for about 25 minutes, until light brown.

9. Serve the cake for tea immediately after baking, as well as already cooled.
