Many people believe that making homemade buns takes a lot of time and effort, which is why they are rarely baked. Step 1
First you need to put the dough on the buns. Pour a glass of milk into a small saucepan and heat it over low heat. Don't make it very hot, it should only be slightly warm. Then add sugar and yeast to the milk. Let them stand for a while. When the milk begins to rise, add eggs, softened butter or margarine, some salt, vegetable oil, vanillin and flour. Beat the eggs in advance with a mixer, then your buns will turn out more magnificent.

Then mix everything well and see how the consistency of the dough turned out. If there is not enough flour, add more. After that, immediately start kneading the dough. The finished dough must be allowed to stand for twenty to thirty minutes in a warm place so that it can fit well. After the time has passed, place the dough on the table.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a roll. Slowly cut off one piece and roll each piece into a cake. Make a flat cake about the size of a small saucer. Then brush it liberally with vegetable oil or softened margarine. Sprinkle sugar on top and roll into a roll. After that, in the middle of the roll, make a cut through which turn out one of the edges. You can give absolutely any shape to buns, turn on your imagination and get creative.

Now grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the buns on it. Let them sit at room temperature for ten to fifteen minutes. Once they rise, brush them over with a beaten egg.
