  • - 100 g margarine;

  • - 2 teaspoons of milk, baking powder;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt, soda.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the oven to preheat to 230 degrees. In a deep bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Add chunks of cold margarine, chop. In the center of the mass, make a depression, add sour cream, raisins to it, pour in 2 tablespoons of milk, mix - the dough should be homogeneous. Add more milk if required.

Step 2

On a clean table sprinkled with flour, knead the dough several times. Pressing down with your hand, flatten a piece of dough into a layer about 1.5 centimeters thick.
