It is necessary

  • - 1/4 cup * butter;
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 cup flour;
  • - 1/2 tsp soda;
  • - 1/2 tsp baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 175 ml sour cream;
  • - a pinch of vanillin.
  • Cinnamon topping:
  • 1/4 cup mixture of brown and white sugar
  • - 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • * Cup = 250 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and remove the butter and egg from the refrigerator - the ingredients for making muffins should always be at room temperature!

Step 2

Prepare a small mold by greasing it with oil and lightly dusting it with flour.

Step 3

Prepare the cinnamon topping by mixing all the ingredients.

Step 4

Sift a glass of flour with baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of vanillin, and salt.

Step 5

Beat softened butter and sugar (if you have coarse sugar, it is better to grind it first) using a mixer until light, light, creamy consistency. Without stopping the mixer, add the egg.

Step 6

Pour the dry mixture into the egg-butter mixture, alternating with sour cream. Mix quickly but thoroughly. If you stir for too long, the baked goods will become heavy and crumbly!

Step 7

Place half of the dough in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the prepared topping on top (leave a little to decorate the baked goods on top). Cover with the remaining dough, sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture and place in the oven until tender, about half an hour. Check the readiness with a wooden stick: if there are no traces of dough on it, you can safely take the cake out of the oven!

Serve the cake with peanut syrup and powdered sugar!
