The cake is prepared quickly enough - in 1 hour, it will take 15 minutes to prepare. Be sure to pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a deep cake pan (diameter 25 cm) with butter, sprinkle with a little flour.

In a deep bowl, combine the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and set aside for now. Separately mix half a glass of sugar, chopped walnuts and ground cinnamon, also set aside.
Step 3
Beat butter with two glasses of sugar, beat for about 5 minutes to make the mass fluffy, light. Beat eggs into butter, add sour cream, vanilla extract or vanilla sugar, beat well again. Add flour mixture, beat until smooth.
Step 4
Pour half of the dough into a baking dish, sprinkle the dough with half of the nut mixture on top, add the remaining dough, sprinkle with the rest of the nuts. Place the dish in a preheated oven.
Step 5
Bake the cinnamon sour cream cake for 50-60 minutes at the specified temperature. Check the readiness yourself - stick a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake, if it is dry - you can safely serve the sour cream cake for tea.
