Dedicated to lovers of cottage cheese. Curd biscuits with sour cream that melt in your mouth. Such a delicacy is prepared in 15-20 minutes. Simple and incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 125 grams of sour cream,
- - 200 grams of cottage cheese,
- - 15 grams of vanilla sugar,
- - 100 grams of sugar or cane sugar,
- - 2 yolks,
- - 250 grams of butter,
- - 300 grams of flour,
- - 10 grams of baking powder,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the sifted flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Add chunks of butter. The oil should be at room temperature. Add two yolks and mix.
Step 2
Add sour cream (fat content to taste) and grated cottage cheese, knead the dough. Add more flour if needed. Form a bun out of the dough, wrap it in a bag or film, put in a cool place for about an hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 4
Divide the dough in two. Roll the first piece of dough into a layer (approximately 5 mm thick, but slightly larger). Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter or a regular glass. Do the same with the second part of the test.
Step 5
Bake the cookies on a baking sheet (on baking paper) 15 minutes until golden brown. If you want crisper cookies, you can lengthen the baking time. Transfer the finished cookies to a plate, leave to cool completely and serve with your favorite drink (tea, milk, compote).
