Sour cream recipe with cottage cheese
You will need:
For biscuit:
- 150 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- 150 grams of sugar;
- 150 grams of flour;
- a teaspoon of baking powder;
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- juice of 1/4 lemon.
For the cream:
- 500 grams of fat cottage cheese;
- 70 grams of sand;
- a pinch of salt;
- two eggs.
First, make a sponge cake base. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, soft butter, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and eggs in a bowl, beat everything thoroughly. After the dough acquires a homogeneous consistency, transfer it to a greased form, arrange the sides and set to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, lower the oven temperature to 60 degrees and continue to bake the biscuit for another 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to beat the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy. Fill the cake with the resulting cream to the edges of the sides and put the cake back in the oven, but already for 15 minutes (the oven temperature is not lower than 180 degrees).
Sour cream with cottage cheese and sour cream
You will need:
For biscuit:
- 50 grams of flour;
- 50 grams of sour cream;
- 30 grams of sugar;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- 40 grams of butter;
- three eggs.
For the cream:
- 250 grams of cottage cheese (fatty);
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- a tablespoon of starch.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and salt white, add flour (it is advisable to sift it first), sour cream, baking powder, knead the thick dough. Beat the egg whites separately (they should turn into a dense foam) and combine them with the dough.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, pour the dough into it and bake the cake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Cooking time is 20 minutes.
Beat the cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream, add starch to the cream, mix everything. Put the resulting curd cream on top of the cooled crust and put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes. The oven temperature is 180-190 degrees.
