We put the form in the bread maker and turn it on to the "kneading dough" program. After an hour and a half, the dough will be ready (it all depends on the company of the bread machine).

When the dough is ready, put it on the table, previously sprinkled with flour. We roll it out with a rolling pin, if possible in a rectangular shape. Lubricate the surface of the dough with soft butter, sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon on top. Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the resulting roll into buns (about 2 cm thick). Put the buns on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil and leave for 20 minutes so that the buns rise. In a bowl, break the egg (beat), and brush our cinnamon buns with a brush (so that the buns have a beautiful crust when baking). We send the baking sheet with buns to the oven, set the temperature to 180-200 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes.
