  • • Salt to taste
  • • Onions - 1 pc.
  • • Fresh dill - 30 g
  • • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • A pinch of spices each:
  • • Freshly ground black pepper
  • • Ground allspice

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking starts with preparing the cake. Grate hard cheese, combine with beaten eggs, mayonnaise. Parchment (foil, baking paper, non-stick mat) is placed on a baking sheet from the oven and the egg-cheese mixture is poured. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Step 2

While the cake is being prepared, it is worth tackling the filling for the snack roll. The twisted meat is combined with a beaten egg, salt and spices, finely chopped or onions twisted through a meat grinder are added.

Step 3

Prepared minced meat is placed on the baked cake and leveled. Using parchment or a rug, gently roll the roll and send it to the oven for 35-40 minutes. The roll is served both cold and hot, cut into slices.
