Step 1
First, go through the rice. Then rinse and add to boiling water. Cook until no more than half cooked. Then add 100 ml of milk and cook until cooked until the rice is tender.

When the porridge is cooked, put the butter in it and close the lid. Separating the yolk from the protein, mix the yolk with the grated cottage cheese. Add salt and sugar as you like. Combine all ingredients and mix.

Whisk the egg whites separately. You can use a blender. Carefully add the protein just before steaming and gently mix again.
