"Syutlach firinda" is the original name for rice pudding. This is a Turkish cuisine dish. Pudding is served cold, it turns out very tasty and unusual.

- - 150 g granulated sugar
- - 2 tbsp. l. rice
- - 2 tbsp. l. starch
- - 1 bag of vanillin
- - 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Step 1
First, pour cold water into a saucepan, add rice, put on low heat and boil to make the rice boiled.
Step 2
Pour milk into a saucepan, add rice, granulated sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Combine vanillin, starch with a little milk and add egg yolk.
Step 4
Pour a few tablespoons of hot milk into the starch mixture, mix everything well and then pour in the whole milk mixture, stirring occasionally, cook for about 10-12 minutes. When the mixture thickens, remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour the rice pudding into baking tins, place on a baking sheet, and pour boiling water over it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees in a water bath for about 30-35 minutes.
Step 6
Chop the nuts, take out the pudding and sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts. Then place in a cold place for 1-1.30 hours and serve cold.
