Japanese restaurants offer Udon noodles with different variations of the recipe. With the advent of Asian products on supermarket shelves, making such noodles has become possible at home. To make the dish taste as bright and rich as in a restaurant, it is important to choose the right ingredients: the noodles should be “Udon”, good quality soy sauce (not from cheap brands), and fresh ginger.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of Udon noodles;
- - 400 g of beef;
- - 20 g fresh ginger;
- - 250 g of fresh mushrooms (preferably shiitake or champignons);
- - 2 pcs. medium sized bell pepper;
- - 2 pcs. carrots;
- - 150 g green beans (fresh or fresh frozen);
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 glass of Teriyaki soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vodka;
- - 1 glass of meat broth.
Instructions
Step 1
The beef must be washed, dried and cut into small, even strips. Peel the ginger root and chop into small pieces with a knife.
Step 2
Pour three tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil into the multicooker bowl, then put the sliced beef, chopped ginger into it and salt to your liking. Set the "Fry" mode on the multicooker, set the time to 5 minutes, while frying the meat must be constantly stirred. After 3 minutes, add a tablespoon of vodka and 1/3 cup of Teriyaki soy sauce to the multicooker bowl, then fry for another 2 minutes. Put the finished beef on a plate and set aside for now.
Step 3
Wash, peel and cut the mushrooms into neat thin plates.
Step 4
Add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and fry the mushrooms in the "Fry" mode for 5 minutes, then add the carrots, chopped into slices, chopped bell pepper and fry all together for another 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Add fried beef and green beans to the mushrooms, fry everything for 5 minutes, stirring thoroughly.
Step 6
Cook Udon noodles separately as indicated on the package, but shorten the cooking time by a few minutes. The noodles should come out a little undercooked (taste them, the inside of the noodles should be tough). Put the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse them under running cold water. After all the excess water has drained off, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil to the noodles and mix thoroughly so as not to stick together.
Step 7
Add noodles to fried meat with vegetables, pour meat broth and leftover soy sauce into the multicooker bowl, add a little salt and pepper. Select the "Stew" mode on the multicooker and simmer the dish for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Garnish the prepared dish with Chinese salad leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
