Curd casserole is a healthy and tasty breakfast, afternoon snack or just a dessert. If your kids don't like to eat regular cottage cheese and carrots, try making this homemade casserole without flour.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 3 tbsp. semolina;
- - 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. butter;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - honey to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using grain curd, rub it through a sieve. The butter needs to be softened by preheating the oven for two minutes and turning it off. Place a plate of butter in the oven and wait 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Then combine the curd with eggs, vanilla sugar, softened butter, semolina and salt. The mass must be thoroughly kneaded. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice, you do not need it. Add only grated carrots to the curd mass.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients thoroughly again. Pour the cooked mixture into a semolina-sprinkled dish and flatten. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake casserole for 30-45 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully remove the prepared casserole from the mold and cut into portions. From this amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings will turn out. You can serve the casserole with sour cream.
