Among the cottage cheese dishes, casserole is one of the fastest and easiest. Properly cooked, it will be appreciated even by those who do not really like cottage cheese. Cottage cheese casserole is a great healthy dessert, but not only - it can also be a completely independent dinner or breakfast.

- Cottage cheese - 500 g;
- Egg - 1 piece;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;
- butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
- light raisins - 100 g;
- semolina - 2 tbsp. l.;
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the curd through a sieve or crank it through a meat grinder to get rid of the lumps. If the cottage cheese is very wet, wrap it in cheesecloth in advance and put it in a colander so that the excess liquid is glass.
Step 2
Soak the raisins in warm water at least an hour before cooking.
Step 3
Put the oil in the refrigerator in advance to soften it.
Step 4
Beat the egg and sugar.
Step 5
Add the beaten egg, softened butter, salt, sour cream, vanilla sugar to the curd in turn and rub well.
Step 6
Drain the raisins and rinse well.
Step 7
Add semolina and raisins to the curd mass, stir.
Step 8
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina or crushed cookies.

Put the curd mass in a mold, flatten the top and brush it a little with sour cream.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the top is browned.

Cool the casserole until warm before serving.
