  • - 1/2 carrots;
  • - 1/2 apple;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 3 tbsp. semolina;
  • - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 1 egg.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes (if desired, you can grate it on a coarse grater). In the meantime, heat a thick-bottomed pan on the stove.

In a preheated frying pan, mix the grated carrot and apple, add butter. Simmer a little over medium heat. Then add water and continue to simmer.
