A very delicate dessert can be made from cottage cheese and rice. Juicy, airy, curd-rice pudding, similar to a casserole. It can be cooked both in the oven and in a multicooker or double boiler.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 160 g of berries;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of rice;
- - 2 tbsp. sour cream spoons;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of semolina;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice. Take berries either fresh or frozen (defrost frozen beforehand). Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, rice, sugar, sour cream, semolina, vanillin, lightly beaten egg yolks. Beat the mass with a mixer. Add berries, stir gently with a spoon. Beat the whites separately until a thick foam, you get a dense mixture with stable peaks, gradually add it to the curd mass. Stir gently so as not to lose volume.
Step 2
Put the curd mass in a mold, bake the pudding at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove the finished pudding from the oven, cool directly in the mold (it is better to take a detachable one). Remove the cooled pudding, garnish with powdered sugar, berries, or grated chocolate.
Step 3
In a double boiler, pudding is prepared in much the same way: Prepare the curd-rice mass as described above. Line the cooking tin with foil, lay out the dough, cover with a sheet of foil, steam for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
In any case, you get a delicious curd-rice pudding "Tenderness" with a pleasant texture. Ideal for breakfast, but can even be served for dessert. You can separately serve milk sauce, sour cream, sour cream, jam or just condensed milk to it.
