Salad "Tenderness" - simple in execution, but at the same time very tasty and light dish. It is suitable for receiving guests as well as for lunch or dinner with the family. It's also great for vegetarians.

- light mayonnaise - 100-150 g,

Instructions
Step 1
Take onions and peel them. White onions are the best for preparing the "Tenderness" salad: there is less bitterness in it. Cut it into half rings and place in a bowl. Pour boiling water over the onion and leave for a few minutes. In this way, all the pungency of the onion remains in the water. If you took a regular onion, you can scald it with boiling water twice.
Step 2
Take a deep salad bowl. The salad is prepared in layers, so it is desirable that the bottom is flat and of a sufficiently large diameter. Place the prepared onion on the bottom in one layer. Although the amount depends on how you feel about this vegetable. Lubricate the layer with a little mayonnaise on top.
Step 3
Wash and peel the apples. For the preparation of this salad, apples of green or yellow varieties are best suited: they have the necessary acidity. Very sweet apples are not suitable for this salad. Grate the apples on a coarse grater and immediately place in a salad bowl on top of the onion and mayonnaise. The layer should be 1, 5 cm thick. Spread mayonnaise on top again.
Step 4
Rub the cheese on a fine grater. It is better to grate the cheese right before you put it in a salad bowl so that it does not have time to crumple. Better to take hard cheese, but not Parmesan: its taste is too individual for the "Tenderness" salad. Put grated cheese on a layer of apples, grease with mayonnaise on top.
Step 5
Separate the whites from the yolks and rub them into separate containers. First, put in a salad bowl with a thin layer of protein, brush with mayonnaise, and sprinkle everything with yolk on top. The dish is ready, bon appetit!
