Step 1

Boil milk and add semolina. Cook it, stirring occasionally, over low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Remove the zest from the lemon and grate it on a grater (fine). When the semolina has cooled, put the grated zest and squeeze the lemon juice into it, mix well.

Step 2

Put butter, grated with sugar, into semolina porridge. Using a mixer, beat until lightly thick. Put the cream in the refrigerator for an hour.

Prepare the cakes. Mix butter and sugar, beat eggs and add to butter, stir. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Melt the chocolate in a deep bowl. Divide the dough in half. Put chocolate in one of the halves and stir. Bake 2 cakes (light and dark).

Step 4

Prepare the mold, grease with butter, put the dough in it and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Cut the baked cakes so that you get 4 cakes (2 light and 2 dark). Smear the light cake with cream. Put dark on it, brush with cream. And so, alternating, collect the cake. Let the cake soak for about 10 hours. Decorate to your liking.
