Delicate and beautiful cake without baking. Perfect with hot coffee and tea.
It is necessary
- - 500 g butter cookies (with nuts);
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of gelatin;
- - 400 g sour cream;
- - 300 g of "Hearts" marmalade;
- - 0.5 tsp vanillin;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare gelatin: pour a glass of boiled water over it and leave to swell for 40 minutes. Then, until complete dissolution, put the resulting mixture in a water bath. Cool down.
Step 2
Mix the cookies crushed into small crumbs with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, mix well.
Put the bottom of the form with cookies, tamp it well, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the filling: add vanillin to the sour cream, pour it into the gelatin and beat well with a mixer. Then add the marmalade, chopped into pieces, mix everything.
Pour the filling into a mold with cookies, place in the refrigerator for 3 hours (you can leave it overnight).
Step 4
Before putting the cake on a plate, hold the cake pan in boiling water for half a minute.
Decorate the finished dessert with the remaining marmalade.
