It is necessary

  • For jam:
  • - pumpkin pulp - 700 g;
  • - sugar - 500 g;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - juice of one orange.
  • For biscuit:
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - sugar - 50 g;
  • - flour - 50 g;
  • - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
  • - milk chocolate - 100 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • - gelatin - 1 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, make pumpkin jam. To do this, chop the pulp of the vegetable, rubbing on a coarse grater. Add granulated sugar to the resulting mass. Mix everything properly. After removing the resulting mixture, do not touch it for 30 minutes.

Step 2

After thoroughly rinsing the lemon, remove the zest from it with a fine grater. Cut the remaining pulp into small pieces. Put both that, and another to the pumpkin mass. Also add juice squeezed from one orange there. Mix everything until smooth, then put the jam on low heat and cook for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, remove it from the stove and set it aside for an hour. Then cook again for another 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

Step 3

Mix the eggs, beaten with sugar, with wheat flour and baking powder, that is, baking powder. Mixing everything well, you get a biscuit dough. Pour it into a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked through.

Step 4

Lubricate silicone molds with milk chocolate, previously melted in a water bath, into which you will lay out the future pumpkin dessert "Tenderness". After this procedure, send them to the refrigerator. They should stay there until the chocolate is completely solidified. Repeat.

Step 5

Gelatin, pouring 3 tablespoons of boiled water, set aside for 40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, place it on the stove and heat, stirring continuously, until it dissolves. Do not boil it under any circumstances!

Step 6

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and granulated sugar. Whisk this mixture well, add the gelatinous mass to it. Mix everything as it should.

Step 7

Fill the chocolate-smeared silicone molds up to half with pumpkin jam. Place the curd mass on it. Lay out the circles cut from the biscuit with the last layer. Their diameter should correspond to the diameter of the mold. In this form, send the future "Tenderness" dessert to the refrigerator until it solidifies completely.

Step 8

Carefully remove the frozen delicacy from the silicone molds. Pumpkin dessert "Tenderness" is ready!
