The offered dessert is intended for adults and children. The hardest part is peeling the fruit and pumpkin. And, of course, wait for it to freeze. This dessert is not suitable for babies.
It is necessary
- - Pumpkin - 300 gr.
- - apples - 3 pcs.
- - sour cream - 200 gr.
- - gelatin - 1 pack
- - water - 1 tbsp.
- - sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- - cookies like "Jubilee" - 200 gr.
- - butter - 100 gr.
- - ground cinnamon - optional.
- - ground cloves - optional - on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in warm water for 10 minutes. Place the container with the swollen gelatin in hot water and heat without boiling. Once the gelatin is runny, strain it through a strainer. Simultaneously cook the pumpkin and applesauce.
Step 2
To do this, you need to peel the pumpkin, seeds, wash, cut into small pieces. Do the same with apples. Put the pumpkin in a saucepan and boil it for five minutes in sweetened water (0.5 tbsp water + 1 tsp sugar), add apples to it and boil for another five minutes. Drain the water, cool the pumpkin with apples, turn them into puree.
Step 3
Whisk sour cream and sugar in a bowl with a mixer, add gelatin and pumpkin-apple puree, cinnamon and cloves. Beat everything again until smooth. At the bottom of the mold, place the crushed cookies, thoroughly mixed with butter. Pour the mixture over it and refrigerate for about an hour. The dessert should harden very well, it cannot be served semi-liquid, so determine the degree of readiness of the dish yourself. The narrower the shape, the thicker the jelly layer will turn out, the longer it will take to solidify. To easily remove the frozen dessert from the mold, immerse it in hot water for a few seconds so that it does not get on the jelly.
