An unusually tasty, nutritious pumpkin-fruit dessert, especially suitable for baby food. Since it contains only vitamins and minerals that are so necessary for children's development. You can add absolutely any fruit to your taste in pumpkin dessert.

- - 300 g of chopped pumpkin;
- - 500 ml of filtered water;
- - raisins, fruits to taste;
- - 100 - 150 g of sugar;
- - 1, 5 Art. l. starch + 50 ml of water.

Step 1
To prepare the pumpkin fruit dessert, peel and cut the pumpkin into small squares or rectangles. Put the chopped pumpkin in a saucepan, fill it with water, add sugar and cook over low heat until tender.

While the pumpkin is boiling, we prepare the fruit. Wash the plums well and cut into 4 parts, remove the pit. We wash the raisins and pour boiling water, when the water cools down, drain. We wash the raspberries in a colander.
Step 3
Remove the boiled pumpkin from the heat. Beat with a blender until a liquid puree is formed.
Step 4
Put the pumpkin puree on a small fire again, bring to a boil. Pour 50 ml into the starch. water at room temperature, stir well and add, in a small stream to the pumpkin puree, stirring continuously. Let the pumpkin puree simmer for 3 minutes, and add the raisins and fruits. Stir gently, wait for the mashed potatoes to boil again, and turn off the heat. Our pumpkin fruit dessert is ready.
