Pumpkin and apple pudding is the perfect combination of vegetables and fruits, made with a very simple recipe. Low calorie content and good taste are the main advantages of this recipe. Other vegetables can be used instead of pumpkin, depending on individual preference.

First, mix the pumpkin and apple puree with the ground oatmeal in succession. Then add dried fruits. Beat the protein separately into a thick foam and gently add to the resulting mass of pumpkin, apples, dried apricots and raisins. If you want to make pudding entirely from natural products, then you should not add sugar.
Step 6
