  • - milk with a fat content of 2.5% - 400 ml;
  • - medium-sized onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - fresh herbs (for example, dill or green onions) - 0.5 bunch;

  • - salt;
  • - sunflower oil for frying;
  • - two pans (one of them must be deep).

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and rinse potatoes and onions. Chop the onion into small pieces, and cut the potatoes into thin circles no more than 2 mm thick.

Place two pans on the stove and heat well. Then pour sunflower oil into them and heat it up. Put the potatoes in the deeper pan, and chopped onions into the second.

While stirring occasionally, bring the onion until golden brown. By this time, the potatoes should also have a little fried. Ideally, if he has time to become golden brown. If the onion is salted very quickly, then you can remove it from the stove for now and wait until the potatoes are fried. And then put the onion along with the oil in which it was fried to the potatoes and stir. You can also add salt and black pepper.
