    • Hard cheese - 100/150 gr

If you cannot visit other countries, but are very fond of varied cuisine and especially spicy dishes, pay attention to the method of preparing burrito (this is something reminiscent of Turkish shawarma). How to make burrito?

First of all, you need to make the filling, the main component of the dish. The success of the whole dish depends on how fresh and spicy it will be. You can experiment with making your burrito filling and you'll have a different burrito every time. The most important thing is not to skimp on spices, hot seasonings.

Step 2

Minced meat will certainly affect the taste of your Mexican dish. Therefore, you do not need to be lazy and buy ready-made in a store or in the market. Take a fresh tenderloin (beef, but you can also chicken fillet, it all depends on your eating habits), chop the meat through a meat grinder, generously adding onions. Salt the minced meat, add black and red ground pepper. Then make small portions of minced meat, something like tortillas. Pour oil, vegetable or olive (to taste) into a preheated skillet and fry your meat cakes.

Step 3

When the meat cakes have a golden crust (but the cakes should not be completely fried, they still need to simmer with vegetables), add fresh tomatoes cut into cubes (if there are no tomatoes, you can grease the meat cakes with tomato paste). Then cut the bell peppers into cubes, experiment with the color. Food should not only taste good, but also look beautiful. Add chopped bell peppers to the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater (type of cheese - to your taste), add the grated cheese to the pan. It should melt and film over your entire filling. You can add greens if desired. Do not overdo it with salt, because cheese is already salty.

Step 5

Take a tortilla or pita bread, add the filling to it, roll it up with an envelope or a tube. Then you will need to reheat the ready-made burrito in a pan or in the oven to keep the dish warm and tasty. Spices, other than pepper, can be added to taste. It all depends on how spicy your dishes are.
