Mexican burritos are baked pork with chili and orange sauce, rolled in tortillas - corn tortillas. They are easy to make yourself with cornmeal.
It is necessary

- - 110 g of oil;
- - 350 ml of chicken broth;
- - 1 orange;
- - 200 g tomato paste;
- - 1 red chili;
- - 8 tortillas.
Instructions
Step 1
Salt the pork tenderloin to your liking and coat with loose oil on all sides. We put the meat in a 180-degree oven temperature and bake so that the meat is covered with an appetizing and golden crust.

Mix the chicken broth with orange juice and tomato paste in a saucepan. Grind the chili and orange zest and add to the sauce. Stir thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous, and place on the stove.
Step 3
Bring the sauce to a boil, then boil it over low heat for about 30 minutes. It is necessary to bring the sauce to a thick state.
Step 4
We take the roasted pork out of the oven and cut into 8 slices.
Step 5
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Put a piece of pork on each cake. Spread the sauce over the pork pieces.
Step 6
Roll up the tortillas carefully. We put the tubes on a baking sheet and put in the still warm oven for five minutes for us to warm up the tortillas.
