Step 1
Boil potatoes, pre-salt the water.

Cut the onion into cubes and the mushrooms into slices. In order to keep the onion out of your eyes, you need to moisten the knife in water and immediately start cutting.
After that, heat the skororodka and fry the onions with mushrooms in oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the water after boiling the potatoes and add the onion and mushrooms to the same pan.

After that, grind the ingredients with a blender until puree, add cream and mix.

I recommend leaving some of the potato broth in case the soup is thick for you. Just add the broth and stir. It should be noted that after cooking it will thicken a little more.
