- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 1 unsweetened loaf;
- - salt and spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots well. Grate vegetables on a medium grater. Peel the onion and chop very finely.
Step 2
Mix the prepared vegetables. Beat the chicken egg into the vegetable mixture. Add salt to your taste and spices.
Step 3
Cut the unsweetened loaf into slices. The thickness of the slices is no more than 1.5 cm. Put the mixed vegetables in a uniform layer on each cut piece of the loaf.
