A very tasty dish of pickled fish - silver carp heh. It is as easy to prepare as it is to eat. However, there are some small secrets in cooking.
It is necessary
- - silver carp fillet;
- - vinegar 6%;
- - salt;
- - pepper;
- - vegetable oil;
- - onion.
Instructions
Step 1
The silver carp fillet should be cut into finger-thick slices. Salt each bite well and place in a cup. Let it stand for 14-16 hours (12 hours will be enough if the dish is needed very soon), after covering the cup with a newspaper.
Step 2
After 14 hours, rinse the fish under water to remove salt, put it back in a cup and pour brine: 1 glass of 6% vinegar and 1 glass of water. You need to fill it so that the fish "does not stick out" above the water. Let stand for 5 hours.
Step 3
Cut the onions into half rings, add to the brine with fish and let stand for another hour. Take out and "squeeze" the pieces of fish. Season with pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil and put in a bowl. Remove the onion and fold it separately from the fish.
Step 4
Ready silver carp heh can be served with a side dish or simply with bread.
