This dish is suitable for those who are trying to eat healthy foods, because it is prepared with a minimum amount of oil. In addition, baking in the oven allows you to preserve many of the vitamins contained in this fish.
Peel the silver carp, remove the entrails, cut off the head and tail. Wash the fish well and cut into 2-3 pieces. Salt each inside and outside, pepper, coat with sour cream and put a circle of lemon inside. Place the silver carp in a baking dish. Sprinkle with onion rings and cherry tomato slices, canned in their own juice, on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for half an hour.
Silver carp ear
The remaining silver carp head and tail can be used to make rich fish soup. Remove the gills from the head, wash all the parts thoroughly, put them in a saucepan and fill with 2 liters of cold water. Add the peeled onion to the fish. After boiling, remove the foam, salt and cook for 20 minutes.
Put the boiled head and tail on a plate and discard the onion. Add potatoes to broth and cook until tender. Turn off the heat, pepper the ear and add chopped green onions and dill to it.
