"Julienne" is a primordially Russian dish, although the name suggests otherwise. The name comes from the French word for shredding vegetables (small strips). In Russian cuisine, this means finely chopping onions and mushrooms and then frying them in sour cream.
It is necessary
- -500 g of mushrooms (better than champignons or other porcini mushrooms)
- -2 medium onions
- -500 g chicken fillet
- -30 g butter
- -4 tbsp. l. sour cream 25% fat
- -200 g of hard cheese
- - seasonings to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Chop the onion into rings and finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry fillets, mushrooms and onions over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 3
In a separate container, mix 4 tbsp. l. sour cream, seasonings, salt with 300 ml of water. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a skillet and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 5
After cooking, spread the mixture into containers and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the microwave for 1 minute to melt the cheese before use.
