Julienne is usually cooked in cocotte makers, but you can add some variety to a classic recipe by serving this delicious dish in a bun!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - one chicken leg;
- - champignons - 200 g;
- - buns - 4 pieces;
- - two onions;
- - sour cream - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- - wheat flour - 1 tsp;
- - cheese - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onions into thin half rings. Stew with mushrooms, just don't overcook!
Step 2
Boil the chicken leg.
Step 3
Add flour to the onion with mushrooms, mix, remove from the stove.
Step 4
Cut off the top of the buns, remove the crumb. Try not to damage the "walls", you do not want the julienne to pour out of the buns.
Step 5
Put onion with mushrooms, chicken pieces, spices to taste in a bun. Pour in sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at moderate temperature until browned.
