  • crab meat, or crab sticks in the amount of 400 g;
  • shallots - 25 g;
  • Caesar sauce;
  • Hamon toast - 40g;
  • pesto sauce;
  • red beans -150g;
  • avocado - 100g;
  • mung bean salad - 100g;
  • pine nuts (small handful).

This amount of ingredients is enough for 4 servings. The cooking time does not exceed 20 minutes.

  1. Before cooking, you need to prepare a container in which the salad will be placed. It is better to take deep rectangular bowls, so the salad will take on a more sophisticated look.
  2. At the first stage, cook red beans until tender, do not allow them to be boiled. If there is absolutely no time for this, it is quite possible to use a canned store option.
