- salted mayonnaise, butter, fresh parsley to taste.
Preparation:
Peel the mushrooms. You do not need to wash them beforehand, otherwise the product will absorb a lot of liquid. You just need to rinse them with ice water for a couple of seconds and dry them.
Cut the mushrooms into medium to large pieces. Pour small onion cubes into the skillet. Add some vegetable oil. Fry food together until golden brown. Drain off any excess remaining fat so that the salad ingredients do not float in the oil. Allow the onion-mushroom frying to cool.
Cut the cucumbers together with the skin into cubes. Squeeze excess liquid out of them. Chop crab sticks into large strips, eggs into neat cubes.
Connect everything. Lastly, add washed, dried and finely chopped greens to the salad. Season the treat with mayonnaise. You can replace it with medium-fat sour cream with salt and garlic.

Ingredients:
- ripe persimmon - ¼ fruit;
- lime - half of the fruit;

- bell pepper - half;
- fresh dill - a whole bunch;
- olives / olives - 8-9 pieces (required - pitted);
- little olive - 1-1, 5 tbsp. l.;

Preparation:
Chop the crab sticks into large strips. It is worth taking a chilled product, as it is more juicy.

- marinade left over from ginger - 1 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise with salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the cherry into halves. Remove the crab sticks from the films and cut into large strips.
Rinse lettuce leaves, dry and tear with your hands. Cut the red onion into thin rings / half rings.
Cut the ginger into thin strips. If it was bought in a jar filled with marinade, then you first need to drain and slightly squeeze out the excess liquid.
Remove the thick skin from the cucumber, divide the remaining pulp into 4 parts. Remove the seeds with a sharp thin knife. Cut the part without seeds and peel into slices.
Immediately send prepared vegetables and crab sticks to a bowl. Add lettuce leaves - their pieces can be made large. They will make the food juicier. Transfer the seaweed and ginger to the rest of the ingredients. Pour everything with strained lemon juice.
