- - dry white wine
- - 3 g nutmeg
- - 8 eggs

- - green onions or shallots

Step 1
Thoroughly chop the onion and garlic and fry in butter until golden brown. Add the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, to the contents of the pan.

After the mushroom mixture is ready, pour a little white wine into it, add grated nutmeg and salt to taste. Fry the resulting mass for 5-7 minutes.
