- - cabbage - 300 g;
- - broccoli - 300g;
- - cauliflower - 300 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 0.5 cups;

Step 1
Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Chop the white cabbage, salt and lightly remember with your hands. Boil fresh mushrooms until tender and cut into slices. Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, then add all the cabbage to them and mix everything. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything together for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix sour cream with half a glass of water, salt and season with pepper. Pour the mixture into the cabbage with mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish generously with herbs and serve hot.
