  • - puff yeast dough - packaging;
  • - processed cheese - 50 g;
  • - ham - 100 g;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - a few slices of Mozzarella cheese;
  • - mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons.

Step 1

First, defrost the yeast puff pastry.

While the dough is thawing, fill the bruschetta. To do this, remove the processed cheese from the package and put it in a separate rather deep bowl. Then, taking a fork, turn them into a homogeneous mass, that is, knead well. Now add mayonnaise there. Mix everything properly. After peeling the onions, chop them finely. Chop the ham, like the onion, too.

Step 3

Roll out the defrosted dough in the shape of a rectangle, the length of which is slightly less than the baking sheet on which the bruschetta will be baked. Then apply olive oil to the surface of the resulting layer. Brush the dough well with it.

On the dough oiled with olive oil, make small sides. Then, taking a fork, make punctures across the entire surface of the formation.

Step 5

Put the mixture of processed cheese curds and mayonnaise in the first layer on the dough. Then place the ham next, and onions on it. Place the Mozzarella slices last. Bake bruschetta like this at 180 degrees for half an hour.

Step 6

After the time has elapsed, remove the dish from the oven, cool slightly, then cut into pieces. Bruschetta is ready!
