Bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella is a delicious, and most importantly, hearty appetizer. She looks very interesting in appearance and delights in taste.

Step 1
Cut the loaf into thin slices or take a ready-made chopped loaf, spread on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, put a baking sheet in it and cook the slices for 5 minutes. They should brown a little.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes in clean water, cut them in half and remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. The cheese should be cut very carefully so that it looks nice on the plate. If you have seeded olives, remove them. Cut each into rings. Peel the garlic, chop it finely or pass through a garlic press. Rinse the parsley in water, dry on a paper towel and chop finely. Combine tomatoes, cheese, olives, herbs in a deep dish.
Step 3
Combine the garlic, olive oil and vinegar in a separate container, mix everything thoroughly. Season the mixture of chopped ingredients with the resulting sauce.
Step 4
Put the filling on the bruschetta (dried loaf), season with salt and pepper. Serve to the table.
