Step 1
To start cooking this dish, you need to process 2 pieces of rye bread. It is advisable to cook them in a toaster. If this is not possible, you can use the grill function in the microwave. The bread can also be fried in a pan and rubbed with a clove of garlic afterwards.

Chop the tomatoes finely, cover them with sunflower oil and salt.
Step 3
Dice the feta cheese. Make sure the cheese is aged for three months, otherwise it will taste bitter.
Step 4
Place tomatoes and cheese on toasted bread slices. Sprinkle the hop-suneli seasoning on top. This type of spice is most suitable, since it contains at the same time basil leaves, parsley, onions and bay leaves. Lightly salt the resulting sandwiches.
