- - 200 g mozzarella cheese

- - a few tablespoons of olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Step 1
Rinse the spinach in cold running water, pat dry on a paper towel, then chop very finely and place in a deep bowl. You can also grind spinach in a food processor, but do not overdo it, it should be finely chopped, not mashed.
Step 2
Combine olive oil and sesame oil, balsamic sauce, stir and add to finely chopped spinach, leave everything for half an hour, and then strain the mixture from the spinach. During this time, the sauce should be saturated with the taste and aroma of this wonderful product.
Step 3
Drain the whey from the cheese if necessary, then place the mozzarella cheese on a cutting board and cut gently into slices. It is worth remembering that the cheese is very tender, so you need to be careful when cutting.
Step 4
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, pat them dry and cut them in half, just short of the edge so they don't break. Insert cheese and a spinach leaf into the incision, and then insert a skewer, put everything on a dish and pour over the dressing. Bon Appetit!
