Bruschetta is a traditional Central Italian common dish. We suggest making you a shrimp bruschetta - it will turn out very tasty. Follow the directions for four servings of the Italian dish.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 450 g of peeled boiled shrimp;
- - two tomatoes;
- - two spoons of ketchup;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - a spoonful of brown sugar;
- - 16 pieces of French baguette;
- - parsley, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Leave 16 shrimp whole and cut the rest into smaller pieces. Add chopped tomatoes, brown sugar, ketchup, parsley and garlic to the shrimp.
Step 2
Pour in vinegar and olive oil, pepper and salt to taste. Mix, cover with foil, put in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 3
Sprinkle slices of bread with olive oil, grill them a little or heat them on both sides. A golden crust should form.
Step 4
Put toasted bread on a dish, top with one tablespoon of shrimp mass, top with whole shrimps, fresh herbs. Shrimp bruschetta is ready.
