Cooking is not a duty for me, but a pleasure. The only pity is that on weekdays it is impossible to devote as much time to this process as we would like. But on weekends I have fun and arrange real holiday lunches and dinners for the family.
It is necessary
- - 250-300 g of ham or boiled meat,
- - 1 large carrot,
- - 1-2 bell peppers,
- - a small piece of hot red pepper (optional),
- - a few stalks of asparagus,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 potato,
- - a handful of pine nuts,
- - vegetable oil,
- - salt,
- - soy sauce,
- - lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut into long strips, fry and put in a colander so that the excess oil is glass.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, cut into long strips. Also chop ham or boiled meat. Boil the asparagus without salt, cool, cut into small pieces. If green thin asparagus is cooked for about 5 minutes, then white asparagus requires a longer cooking time - about 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse sweet peppers, peel and cut into strips or thin slices. Finely chop the hot pepper. Peel and chop the onion. Combine potatoes, ham, carrots, asparagus, bell peppers, hot peppers and onions. Separately mix the pine nuts dried in a pan with vegetable oil, add soy sauce and just a little lemon juice to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad.
