  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - salt - 100 g.

Step 1

Peel the bell peppers and garlic and mince them.

Step 2

Wash the zucchini and also pass them through a meat grinder so that the adjika is uniform in consistency, it is best to skip the zucchini twice.

Scroll hot pepper in a meat grinder. Grate carrots and apples on a coarse grater and add to the main vegetable mass together with hot pepper.
