Shashlik is incredibly tasty, although not very healthy dish. In summer, almost no picnic is complete without aromatic meat cooked over coals with spices. If you are a spicy lover, try marinating pork in adjika.

It is necessary

adjika; - ketchup; - salt; - condiments; - onion

Instructions

Step 1

Buy a pork neck from the market or any store. It is undesirable to take other parts of the carcass, since the kebab will turn out to be dry and tough. The meat from the neck has many veins of fat, which makes it juicy.

Step 2

Rinse a whole piece of meat under cold water, dry slightly. Cut into pieces - about 2 by 2 centimeters, a little more. Also cut the onion into rings or half rings.

Step 3

Combine the meat and onions in the proportion you like. Add a tablespoon of adjika and 50 ml of any ketchup to 1 kg of meat. Don't forget the seasoning and salt to taste. A good aroma appears if you put a small bunch of celery or parsley in the meat.

Step 4

Marinate the meat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Then you can start frying it on the grill or in the airfryer. Put out or blow out the flame in time so that the kebab does not burn.

Step 5

Serve with fresh vegetables, mustard and ketchup. The dish has a spicy taste and an unforgettable aroma. A kebab prepared according to this recipe is not recommended for children.
