It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of pork;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 2 bell peppers;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - a bunch of dill;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise and adjika;
  • - 1 teaspoon of coriander;
  • - ground black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and cloves of garlic, chop in a blender or mince, if you have one.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise, adjika, pepper, salt, coriander, chopped dill to the onion-garlic mass, mix everything well - the marinade is ready.

Step 3

Rinse a piece of fresh pork, cut into small pieces so that the ready-made kebab is convenient to eat. Choose a middle ground - large pieces will not cook well inside, and small pieces will dry out when frying.

Step 4

Put pieces of meat in an enamel saucepan, cover with marinade, leave in a cool place for several hours. Ideally, the meat should be marinated overnight.

Step 5

Squeeze the pieces of marinated meat lightly and place them on skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes.

Step 6

Fry the kebab in mayonnaise with adjika until cooked over charcoal. Serve directly on skewers.
