- - eggs - 1 pc.;
- - oat bran - 2 tablespoons;
- - wheat bran - 0.5 tablespoon;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - sweetener - 3-4 pcs.;
- - vanillin - 2 g;
- - zest of one lemon.
- Cream:
- - soft fat-free cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - low-fat fruit yogurt - 1 jar;
- - gelatin - 15 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine a raw chicken egg with low-fat cottage cheese. Mix everything properly. Then enter the dry mixture into the resulting mass, consisting of the following components: oat bran, grated lemon zest, as well as wheat bran, baking powder, that is, baking powder for dough, vanillin and sweetener. Mix everything again. As a result, you should have a smooth dough.
Step 2
After letting the resulting dough brew for 10 minutes at room temperature, put it in a fairly thin even layer in a pre-prepared silicone baking dish. Bake each cake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, that is, until fully cooked.
Step 3
After soaking the gelatin in water, let it swell, then heat, without letting it boil, until it is completely dissolved. Enter the resulting gelatinous mass into a mixture of fat-free cottage cheese and fruit yogurt, whipped using a mixer. Mix everything until smooth. Diet cake cream is ready.
Step 4
Put a sufficient amount of the resulting cream on the baked cakes and stack them on top of each other. Send the formed "structure" to the refrigerator so that the future dessert is thoroughly soaked. The cake for losing weight is ready!
