Step 1
Pour raisins with boiling water and leave for 17-23 minutes. Put the cottage cheese on a sieve covered with gauze, press down with a heavy object, leave for 45 minutes. Then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with the whipped sugar and egg mixture. Put the raisins in a colander, dry, add to the curd. Chop the candied fruit finely and add to the curd.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, divide into 2 flat cakes. Spread the filling in a small layer on both tortillas. Wrap the dough in a roll.
