An airy, aromatic, delicious cake with pieces of canned peach is ideal for tea. In the absence of peaches, you can replace them with peach jam. Sweet sour cream filling perfectly complements and decorates the Peach Delight pie.
It is necessary
- For the cake:
- - 900 g of canned peaches;
- - 250 g flour;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 200 g butter or margarine;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - vanilla sugar.
- To fill:
- - 250 ml sour cream;
- - 60 g of sugar.

Step 1
Mash softened margarine or butter with vanilla and plain sugar, beat in eggs, pour in milk. Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough. It will turn out to be liquid, pour it into a mold in which you will bake the cake.

Flatten the dough. Spread pieces of canned peaches over it on top, you can take peaches from compote. Pour a little peach syrup - the more fruit and syrup, the tastier and more aromatic the cake will turn out.
Step 3
Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cooking times may vary due to the oven, so check the cooking yourself with a wooden stick.
Step 4
Mix sour cream with sugar - the filling for the peach pie is ready.
Step 5
Do not cool the finished pie, immediately pour it over with sour cream filling.
Step 6
Now let the cake cool slightly, soak in the filling. Then cut it into portions, serve with tea or coffee.
