  • -100 gr. milk chocolate

  • -1 can of canned peaches
  • -250 gr. mascarpone
  • -A pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1

Add 3 tablespoons to a dry, clean bowl. cocoa, a pinch of salt and 2-3 tbsp. sugar to taste. Sift 1/2 cup flour and mix all dry ingredients.

Step 2

Break the egg into a separate bowl. It is desirable that the egg be at room temperature. Shake it well and add to dry ingredients. Pour in 200 ml. warm milk. Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk or mixer so that there are no small lumps. The dough should be deep brown. We leave it to brew for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

We heat the pan. Lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Using a small ladle, slowly pour some of the dough into the pan and spread it in a thin layer over the entire surface, tilting the pan in different directions. Fry the pancake for 1-2 minutes. Turn it over.

Step 4

Melt 20 grams of butter in the microwave or in a water bath. Grease each finished pancake with butter on both sides. Place on a plate and let cool slightly.

Step 5

Melt 100 grams of milk chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Peel the peaches, if present, and cut into small cubes.

Step 6

Place the pancakes on a work surface. Coat each pancake with melted milk chocolate. Then apply a layer of mascarpone. Top with chopped peaches over the entire surface of the pancake. Roll the pancakes into a tube. Press down gently on all sides. Place on a plate. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1, 5-2 hours.

Step 7

Melt 50 grams of dark chocolate. Get the pancakes. Carefully cut off any irregularities and ends. Cut into small wedges to make rolls. Place the rolls on a plate. Pour melted dark chocolate on top using a dessert spoon.
